การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลความรู้ด้านอาหารสุขภาพท้องถิ่นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลความรู้ด้านอาหารสุขภาพท้องถิ่นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบที่มีต่อระบบฐานข้อมูลความรู้ด้านอาหารสุขภาพท้องถิ่นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นเว็บไซต์อาหารสุขภาพท้องถิ่นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเว็บไซต์ด้านอาหารสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบฐานข้อมูลความรู้ด้านอาหารสุขภาพนั้น ประกอบด้วยตารางข้อมูล ได้แก่ ตารางเก็บข้อมูลอาหารสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ตารางเก็บข้อมูลโรค ต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดกับผู้สูงอายุ ตารางเก็บข้อมูลอาหารสุขภาพที่ช่วยรักษาโรคต่าง ๆ ได้ ตารางเก็บข้อมูลผักพื้นบ้านที่ช่วยรักษาโรคต่าง ๆ และตารางเก็บข้อมูลสารอาหารต่าง ๆ ที่อยู่ในผักพื้นบ้าน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบโดยภาพรวมพบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.49 ส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการใช้ประโยชน์และการนำไปใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.62 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.53 รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านเนื้อหาและการนำเสนอค่าเฉลี่ย 4.47 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.50 ด้านตัวอักษรและสีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.45 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.51 และด้านการออกแบบและนำเสนอ ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.41 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.50 ตามลำดับ
