พลวัตปัจจัยกำหนดสุขภาพทางสังคมและกลไกทางสังคมในการคืนสู่สุขภาวะของผู้ที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการบำบัดยาและสารเสพติด: การศึกษาเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา ในบริบทพหุวัฒนธรรมชายแดนใต้

การวิจัยปรากฏการณ์วิทยานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสบการณ์ปัจจัยกำหนดสุขภาพทางสังคมและข้อจำกัดทักษะชีวิตที่มีผลต่อเส้นทางการใช้สารเสพติดในจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ และ (2) ตรวจสอบพลวัตความย้อนแย้งของครอบครัวกับกลไกสังคมวัฒนธรรมที่สนับสนุนการคืนสู่สุขภาวะในบริบทพหุวัฒนธรรม คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจงเป็นผู้เข้ารับการบำบัด 10 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีตรวจสอบซ้ำโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ผลการวิจัยพบ 3 ประเด็นหลัก คือ ประการแรก บริบทความเปราะบางและเส้นทางเข้าสู่การใช้สารเสพติดมีรากฐานจากข้อจำกัดทักษะชีวิตและโครงสร้างสังคมที่เอื้อต่อการเข้าถึงสารเสพติด โดยมีกลุ่มเพื่อนเป็นทั้งผู้ชักนำและจัดหา ประการที่สอง พลวัตความย้อนแย้งของครอบครัวทำหน้าที่ในลักษณะทวิลักษณ์ คือเป็นทั้งปัจจัยผลักดันในระยะเริ่มต้น และเป็นจุดเปลี่ยนสำคัญที่ดึงดูดผู้ใช้กลับสู่การบำบัดในช่วงวิกฤต ประการที่สาม ทุนทางสังคมวัฒนธรรมสู่ระบบนิเวศการฟื้นฟู โดยเฉพาะการบูรณาการหลักศาสนาและการสนับสนุนจากผู้นำชุมชน มีส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมการเยียวยาจิตใจและสร้างพื้นที่ทางสังคมใหม่ให้แก่ผู้เข้ารับการบำบัด ข้อเสนอแนะคือควรจัดการความเปราะบางทางสังคมควบคู่กับการสร้างระบบนิเวศสนับสนุนที่เชื่อมโยงทุนทางสังคมวัฒนธรรม เพื่อป้องกันการเสพซ้ำ
