การศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญา  2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้การบริหารงานวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล  ตามความคิดเห็นของแพทย์ประจำบ้านจำแนกตาม ระดับชั้นที่ศึกษา และภาควิชาที่เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นแพทย์ประจําบ้าน  จำนวน  528  คน  ซึ่งกําลังศึกษาฝึกอบรมอยู่ในหลักสูตร  ปีการศึกษา  2555  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยถามเกี่ยวกับระดับชั้นที่ศึกษาของแพทย์ประจำบ้าน  และภาควิชาที่เรียน มีลักษณะคำถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (5 point rating scales)

การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป  สถิติที่ใช้ในการอธิบายความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรต้นและตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ t-test และ one way  ANOVA  โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ไว้ที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.  การบริหารงานวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี และพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่มีค่ามากที่สุด  รองลงมาคือด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรและอาคารสถานที่ในการฝึกอบรม ส่วนการประเมิน การทดสอบและการวัดผลการเรียนการสอนมีค่ามากลำดับสุดท้าย

2.  การบริหารงานด้านวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล  มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล  พบว่า ระดับชั้นที่ศึกษาของแพทย์ประจำบ้านต่างกันและภาควิชาที่เรียนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานด้านวิชาการและการบริการของฝ่ายการศึกษาหลังปริญญาโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract

This research aims. 1) to study the administration and servicing of the academic education after graduation. 2) to compare the recognition of academic and administrative services of the Education after graduation Faculty of Medicine Mahidol University. The opinions of resident  by levels of education and department. Sample. Doctor who 528 are home study training course in the academic year 2555 in the research tool used was a questionnaire about the general status of the respondents. By asking about. education levels of residents, and classes. There is a five-level scale (5 point rating scales).

Data analysis in this research. Researchers analyzed data using SPSS. The statistics used to describe the difference between variables and dependent variables, including t-test and one way ANOVA were statistically significant at the .05 level.  The results showed that
