การประเมินผลการดำเนินโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ปี 2559 พื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประเมินผลการดำเนินโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ปี 2559 ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการดำเนินงานโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ปี 2559  ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง จำนวน 393 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดโดยใช้สูตรทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าจำนวน  ค่าร้อยละ สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) สถิติทดสอบเอฟ (F-test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการดำเนินงาน โครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ปี 2559 ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานและสภาพแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. เปรียบเทียบระดับการดำเนินงานโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ของกรมประชาสัมพันธ์ ปี 2559 ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางริ้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระนอง จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน พบว่า ประชาชนที่มี เพศ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนแตกต่างกัน การดำเนินงานด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานและสภาพแวดล้อม และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of the study was 1) Evaluation of operation in the project of Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Project of Public Relation Department  2016 in Bangrin district, Muang, Ranong province and 2) compare with level of the project of Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Project of  Public Relation Department  2016 in Bangrin district, Muang, Ranong province .The people that use in the research for example residence people stays within Bangrin district, Muang, Ranong  province  393  person, formula calculated by Taro Yamane’s at the confidence level at 95%. Use the questionnaire are a tool in the saving collect the data and the statistics that use in data analysis for example, percentage, average, the value deviates the standard, t-test, F-test and LSD.

Results;

1. Operation in the project of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Project of Public Relation Department 2016 in Bangrin district, Muang, Ranong province generally is in  high level, basic factor and the environment is in high  level and participating of peoples are in high levels ,

2. Compare with operating in the project  of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Project of Public Relation Department in 2016 Bangrin district, Muang, Ranong province. separate follow the gender, age, marriage status, education level, occupation and the income per mount meet that people who have  the education level, occupation and the income per mount are different operating side place basic factor and the environment and participating in side of people are different image reserves.05 significance way statistics level.
