ความคาดหวังของบัณฑิตหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ ตามความคิดเห็นของสถานประกอบการ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของบัณฑิตที่จบในหลักสูตรวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ของ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎตามความคิดเห็นของสถานประกอบการ โดยแยกออกเป็น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาการ ด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นสถานประกอบการ ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาครัฐวิสาหกิจ และ ภาคเอกชน จำนวน 200 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความคาดหวังของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏต่อสถานประกอบการด้านความรู้ ความสามารถทางด้านวิชาการ มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยเรียงลำดับหัวข้อจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ มีความรู้ความสามารถตรงกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ, มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการนำเทคโนโลยี  มาพัฒนางานที่รับผิดชอบ, มีความเข้าใจในหลักการใช้เครื่องมือหรือเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย, มีวุฒิภาวะในการวินิจฉัย  แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าระหว่างการทำงาน, มีจิตวิทยาในการบริหารงานอุตสาหกรรมสามารถเข้าถึงจิตใจผู้ร่วมงานทุกระดับ

2. ความคาดหวังของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏต่อสถานประกอบการด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานมีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามคาดหวังมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ งานมีความเรียบร้อย และคุณภาพตามกำหนด  กล้าตัดสินใจ  กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน  รู้จักใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างประหยัดและคุ้มค่า  สามารถใช้เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ได้ถูกต้องตามลักษณะการใช้งาน

3. ความคาดหวังของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏต่อสถานประกอบการด้านเป็นผู้มีคุณธรรม มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามคาดหวังมากที่สุด ได้แก่ มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ ตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีน้ำใจต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้อื่น มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานทุกระดับ มีลักษณะเป็นผู้นำ ผู้ตามที่ดี  มีมานะอดทนกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ ไม่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย ๆ

ข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมทั่วไปคือ  ควรเน้นการสอนในสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ จริยธรรม และคุณธรรมให้มากที่สุดและในภาพรวมจะเน้นให้ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับเนื้อหาและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการเพื่อให้บัณฑิตวิศวกรรมจบออกมาแล้วทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The purpose of this research was to investigate of the study of expectations of the graduates in engineering curriculum of  Rajabhat Universities in the opinions of enterprise places. The desirable characteristics were divided into 3 aspects, namely, academic competency, performance skills, and morality.The samples consisted of 200 executives and supervisors of the manufactures from public enterprise, government, and private sectors.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The academic competency of the study of expectations of the graduates in engineering curriculum of Rajabhat Universities in the opinions of enterprise place   that  were mostly needed by the sample were to have knowledge or background relevant to their job, and to have the initiative regarding to new technology for work develop to be responsible,and to have enough experience to solve a problem in between to work , to have psychology in industrial management  

2. The performance skills of the study of expectations of the graduates in engineering curriculum of Rajabhat Universities in the opinions of enterprise place that were mostly needed by the sample were to have basic skills in their, to be able to make careful, to be able to have their job perfectly done, to be able to make decision, and to be active, to be able to use machine and equipment for data recording, to have knowledge relevant to their job.

3. The morality of the study of expectations of the graduates in engineering curriculum of  Rajabhat Universities in the opinions of enterprise place  that  were mostly needed by the sample were to diligent, honest, punctual and , to have height responsible, and to be good leaders and conformers and to stay in one job for a log time, not to change job very often.

The other opinions for the institute were to emphasize regarding to ethics and moral and improve the curriculum to be consistent with a lesson and the desirable characteristics of the enterprise place.
