Factors Influencing Student Satisfaction of Campus Landscape Management at Mahasarakham University

This study aimed to: 1) examine student satisfaction levels regarding Campus landscape management at Mahasarakham University; 2) investigate the differences in satisfaction based on demographic factors; and 3) determine the influence of Campus landscape management factors on student satisfaction. The sample consisted of 400 students selected via convenience sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires. Descriptive statistics included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics involved One-way ANOVA with Scheffe’s post-hoc test and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results revealed statistically significant differences in satisfaction based on the year of study (F= 4.532) and faculty (F= 3.901). Regression analysis revealed that the combined landscape management factors accounted for 93.5% of the total variance in satisfaction (R2=0.935, F=1439.619). Among the predictors, Accessibility and convenience emerged as the primary positive determinant (β= 0.920), with Scenery and aesthetics (β= 0.093) and safety (β= 0.072). also contributing positively. However, cleanliness and maintenance demonstrated a significant negative relationship (β=-0.12) with student satisfaction.
