ความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการที่มีต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนจำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือผู้ประกอบการในอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย จำนวน 156 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย ที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลยโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 2.97) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านกระบวนการบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ( =3.11) รองลงมาด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดท่องเที่ยว ( = 2.98) ด้านการวางแผนโครงสร้างทางกายภาพเพื่อพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ( = 2.96) และด้านการให้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ( = 2.90) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือด้านการแสวงหาและสร้างแหล่งท่องเที่ยวใหม่ ( = 2.88)

2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ประกอบการต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย พบว่า ในภาพรวม ผู้ประกอบการที่มีอายุ ประเภทการประกอบการ และรายได้จากการประกอบการต่อเดือนแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลยไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้ประกอบการที่มีระดับการศึกษาและระยะเวลาในการประกอบการแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น อำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The opinion of entrepreneurs to the development of sustainable tourism guidelines for local government in Tha-Li district, Loei province

This research aimed to study the opinions of entrepreneurs to the development of sustainable tourism guidelines for local government in Tha-li district, Loei province and to compare the differences of the opinions of entrepreneurs guidelines to the development of sustainable tourism. The sample groups were 156 informants of entrepreneurs in Tha-li district, Loei province. The tool for data collection was the surveyed questionnaire created by the researcher. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis was One Way Analysis of Variance. The result showed that:

1. The overall opinions of entrepreneurs to the development of sustainable tourism guidelines for local government in Tha-li district, Loei province were at moderate level ( = 2.97) and when considering each factor, it found all factors were at a moderate level. The highest mean was the management process attractions ( = 3.11), tourism promotion ( =2.98), physical planning for tourism development ( = 2.96) and tourism services ( = 2.90). The lowest mean was the acquiring and creating new tourist attraction ( = 2.88).

2. The overall opinions of entrepreneurs to the development of sustainable tourism guidelines for local government in Tha-li district, Loei province found entrepreneurs with different age levels, different types of business and different monthly incomes from operations had the opinions to guidelines to the development of sustainable tourism for local government in Tha-li district, Loei province indifferently. While entrepreneurs with different levels of education and different periods of business had the opinions to guidelines to the development of sustainable tourism for local government in Tha-li district, Loei province differently with a statistical significance at .05.
