Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชนต่อมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ในเขตตำบลเมือง อำเภอเมือง และเพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้สถานการณ์การใช้ยาเสพติดในชุมชนและการป้องกันการใช้ ยาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตตำบลเมือง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 78 คน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 72.22 เพศหญิง 30 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.77 มีอายุระหว่าง 40-50 ปี มากที่สุด จำนวน 50 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.29 ระดับการศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จบชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 40 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.03 บทบาทหน้าที่ของกลุ่มประชากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข จำนวน 60 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.55 และระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน มากที่สุด 21-31 ปี จำนวน 50 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.29

การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้นำชุมชน ด้านการตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านรับผลประโยชน์ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมด้านการประเมิน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน

การได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับอันตรายของยาเสพติดจากบุคคลต่างๆ นั้น ผู้นำชุมชนรับรู้และได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับอันตรายของยาเสพติดจากบุคคลต่างๆ จากนักเรียนนักศึกษา และจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข และครู/อาจารย์ จากผู้เสพจากบุคคลในครอบครัว

 

Involvement of community leaders toward perception of drugs and drugs usage situation of the community in Mueang sub-district, Mueang district, Loei province

The purposes of this research were to study the involvement of community leaders in drug problem solving in Mueang Loei District area, and to study the awareness of drug usage situation in the community and the prevention of drug usage by the community leaders in Mueang Loei District, Loei Province.

The results revealed that most of the questionnaire respondents consisted of 78 male or 72.22 percent, and 30 female or 27.77 percent. Most respondents, 50 people, were at the age of 40 to 50 or 46.29 percent. Most of the respondents, 40 people, has an education level of secondary school which can be calculated as 37.03 percent. The roles of the population were Public Health Volunteers, 60 people or 55.55 percent. The community dwelling duration is mostly between 21-31 years, 50 people, which can be calculated as 46.29 percent.

The involvement of community leaders in decision making, participation in practice, participation in beneficiaries, and the participation in assessment were all at moderate level. For an acknowledgement of news concerning threats of drug from other people, the community leaders obtained information on the threats of drug from students, public health officers, public health volunteers, teachers and instructors, drug users, and family members.
