Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To study the happiness level in workplace of employees of Data
Power Co., Ltd. 2) To study the relationship between organizational factors and happiness in working with Data
Power Co., Ltd., and 3) To study the relationship between the perception of work characteristics and happiness
in working with Data Power Co., Ltd. Sample group used in this research is 134 employees of Data Power Co.,
Ltd., using stratified random sampling. Statistics used are frequency, percentage, geometric mean, standard
deviation. Statistical analysis used is One-way-ANOVA with confidence interval of 95% and Pearson’s
correlation coefficient in testing the hypothesis. The study results found that 1) The overall happiness level in
workplace of employees is high. 2) The overall organizational factors are highly related to happiness in workplace
of the employees, with a statistical significance of .05. 3) The perception of working characteristics is lowly
related to happiness in workplace of the employees, with a statistical significance of .05.
