Abstract
The objectives of this research was to study the Innovative Leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Primary Education service area office 1. This included studying and comparing the innovative leadership of school administrators based on the perspectives of teachers and school administrators under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, as categorized by position, work experience, and school size. It also studied the development strategies for innovative leadership among school administrators. The research sample included 39 school administrators and 285 teachers, a total of 324 participants. The target groups for interviews were intentionally selected and included six school administrators and teachers. The research tools are a questionnaire and a structured interview with a reliability value of .99. The statistics utilized for data analysis include percentages, means, standard deviations, T-tests, and F-tests.
The results showed that: 1) The innovative leadership status of school administrators is generally at a high level. 2) The innovative leadership of school administrators based on the perspectives of teachers and school administrators, categorized by position, work experience, and school size resulted in no differences. 3) Guidelines for the development for innovative leadership among school administrators resulted in the following, (1) Creating a vision for change, consist of 6 items. (2) Teamwork skills and effective leadership, consist of 5 items. (3) Motivation, consist of 4 items. (4) Being creative, consist of 6 items (5) Creating an atmosphere of innovative organization, consist of 4 items. (6) Risk management, consist of 5 items.
