Model for Co-coperative Education integrated into work practicum for undergraduate students with disabilities

Abstract

     This research was a qualitative research which aimed to 1) develop and Create a curriculum, 2) to create an educational management network, 3) develop and create a learning management plan and to synthesize knowledge and innovations in developing the Public Administration bachelor curriculum, Department of Local Management and evelopment Administration in the form of integrated educational management of work and instruction. Target group were 21 informants. Data Collection Tools used were in-depth interview, focus group discussion and brainstorming.
     Research findings were: 1) The curriculum development and creation results found that must adjust learning system to facilitate the 21st century development skills. 2) The educational management network results found that entrepreneurial network is important in helping course designing, activities, curriculum until practical practice or working in real locations in order to be consistent and meet the needs of the labor market or entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs should have various levels from public companies, companies, stores, located in the local community area in meeting various levels of graduates. 3) The Learning management plan Development and creating results found that 59 subjects and TQF subjects must be prepared in 6 subjects with not less than 15 weeks according to the learning standards which the general education and specific subjects were consisted of moral, ethics, knowledge, intellectual skills, interpersonal skills and responsibilities, and numerical analysis skills, communication and information technology usage.
