Abstract

เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นปรัชญาชี้ถึงทั้งแนวทางปฏิบัติหรือวิธีการ และผลของการกระทำบนพื้นฐานความสมดุลพื้นฐานใน
การพัฒนากรอบทฤษฎีสายกลางที่นำไปสู่การพัฒนายั่งยืนพร้อมรับและก้าวทันต่อโลกยุคโลกาภิวัตน์ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทุกด้านจาก
ปรากฏการณ์ที่ผ่านมาได้มีความพยายามขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ตลอดจนประชาชนให้น้อมนำมาใช้
ในการดำเนินภารกิจทุกอย่าง ทว่ายังไม่เกิดผลในวงกว้างเท่าที่ควร บุคคลยังขาดความเข้าใจในแก่นแท้หรือเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนไม่สามารถ
มองเห็นคุณค่าที่แท้จริงซึ่งส่งผลต่อการกำหนดนโยบายตลอดจนกลยุทธ์ในการขับเคลื่อนที่เฉียบคมการน้อมนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอ
เพียงจำเป็นต้องควรตรวจสอบแนวปฏิบัติว่าสอดคล้องหรือเป็นไปตามแก่นของปรัชญาหรือไม่ หากไม่เป็นไปตามปรัชญาดังกล่าวก็ย่อม
จะทำให้ไม่ไปสู่ความสำเร็จอย่างแท้จริง ดังนั้นเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจมากยิ่งขึ้นอาจพิจารณาความเชื่อมโยงปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกับ
แนวปฏิบัติทฤษฎีอื่น ดังนี้ 1) ความพอประมาณเป็นเรื่องการวิเคราะห์ความสมดุลกับศักยภาพของตน 2) มีเหตุผลเป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ตั้ง
อยู่บนพื้นฐานของทฤษฎี 3) มีภูมิคุ้มกันเป็นการบริหารความเสี่ยง 4) ความรู้จำเป็นต้องเข้าใจในทฤษฎี/องค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 5)
คุณธรรมตั้งอยู่ฐานของจริยธรรม “เราอยู่ได้ เขาอยู่ได้ - ไม่เบียดเบียน”

The Sufficiency Economy is the philosophy to point the practices or the procedures and the outcome
which based on a balanced basis or the development according to moderation theoretical framework that
leads to the sustainable development that ready preparedness for crashing by the globalization dynamic
changing. The recent phenomenon, there are attempt to drive the philosophy no matter if it is the public,
private sectors or the individual for applying to perform all tasks but, it is not reaching impact enough.
One still lack of understanding of the essence or misunderstanding so that they could not see the real value
of the sufficiency economy philosophy. Those, therefore, affect the making of policies and strategies honed
in the drive.Thus, to bring the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy need to be checked whether it is consistency
to or according to core of the philosophy or not.If it does not follow, it certainly would make a truly success.
In order to understanding increasingly, it should be linked this philosophy to practices of the other theories
namely; 1) the adequacy is based on own-competency, 2) the rationality is to practices base on theory,
3) the immunity must be the risk management, 4) the knowledge need to understanding in theory/concepts 

concerning, and 5) the morality should perform base on the Ethics which as we can live-they can live-not to
encroachment.
