Project Evaluation and Follow-up of the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development Fiscal Year 2020 Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate the project evaluation level of the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development Fiscal Year 2020, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University and 2) to formulate policy recommendations in formulating strategies for funding the university research/development projects. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample groups used to collect data, including the project leader and project workers and 2,552 service recipients in the project. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation.
The research findings were as follows: 1) Project evaluation level according to the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Education Development Fiscal Year 2020, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University was at the highest level in all aspects and 2) The result of the preparation for the policy recommendations in formulating strategies for funding the university research/development projects revealed that the experts agreed that the policy recommendations were accurate, comprehensive, appropriate, feasible and useful.
