A Design of Database System for Collecting Reports on Progress of The Sustainable Career Development in Royal Project of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research is a presentation on the design of an information system development database system to collect the project progress reports of the sustainable occupational development  under Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Royal Initiations. Department of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.  The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze the format of collecting the  progress reports on  the Sustainable Career Development Projects in the Royal Initiatives, as the center for reporting on the progress of target groups, activities in the master plan, and to 2) support the operation of the Royal Project Driving Committee in an integrated way. In terms of the research process, the database system was established as  a reporting center, and the access rights to the data was assigned in accordance with the agreement of the Royal Initiative Committee via responsive applications. The results of the research found that the  information system to store the operations of the project progress reports could access information exactly as defined according to the access rights of the stakeholders. and could be linked to the planning of activities along the edge of the master plan within the Royal Initiative Project effectively Finally, considering the  satisfaction assessment of the users in the design and development of information systems to store progress reports, the results showed that the majority of the respondents  were satisfied at a high level ( = 4.17). Therefore, the research team had laid out guidelines for linking data in many dimensions so that those information could be used in the Royal Project's management policy in the future.
