Abstract

Inspirational leadership is a leadership in the 21st century, based on the theory of Transformational Leadership in the element of Inspiration Motivation. The Inspirational leadership is emphasized on leader visionary who keeps up with the changing world, having skills in information technology and able to motivate employees to work with their full potential. The employees will have the courage to take on challenges and be creative, able to create a new culture in the organization as well as giving opportunities for employees in the organization to participate in decision-making and has determination to work successfully, consisting of 1) Inspiration 2) Having Visions 3) Effective Communication 4) Teamwork and 5) Trust and Reliability
