Abstract

In 1936, John Maynard Keynes presented economic policy ideas for troubleshoot the recession and unemployment in his book The General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money. His idea authorizes the power of the state to intervene in the economy and society during times of crisis. Keynes' ideas were accepted and used as a fundamental for economic and social welfare policy after World War II. Although this concept has been proposed for a long time, when there is a crisis that affects the economy and society. This concept is constantly being used by governments.
