Abstract
Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Learning Organization and Effectiveness of Subunits within Stations of Metropolitan Police Division: Path Analysis
The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships and the influences among transformational leadership, organizational culture, learning organization and effectiveness of subunits within stations of Metropolitan Police Division. The research results indicated that there were positive correlations at statistical significance for every pair of variables, and that transformational leadership and organizational culture had positive direct influences at statistical significance on effectiveness when the whole set of predictors was considered.
