Abstract
ASEAN Security Community : A Risk of Superpower Countries Intervention
The article aims to present that the risk of superpower countries intervention could affect the unity and the security of AEC. As China and other countries have claimed the authority on the archipelagos in the South China Sea. This article also aims to propose a resource base to solve disagreement by peaceful means and how to encourage the member countries to get together , including China and USA. As such superpower countries has tried to involve the dispute with hidden agenda, that is to say to keep benefits from the vessel routes, oil and gas resources which are thought to be plentiful in the area.
