Abstract
The Development of Debt Collection System Management Model of a Mobile Phone Service Provider
The purpose of this research was to develop the model of debt collection system management with information technology and communication of a mobile phone service provider. The study revealed that the debt collection system management comprised of three components which were 1) management system, 2) debt collection system management with information technology and communication, 3) constructing organizational knowledge, and 4) issuing ordinance. The developed model could be applied to the other organizations related to the debt collection system with efficiency and effectiveness.
