การฝังเข็มกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง : การทบทวนวรรณกรรม อย่างเป็นระบบ

บทคัดย่อ
โรคหลอดเลือดสมองเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขระดับโลก การฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยด้วยการฝังเข็มพบว่ามีบทบาทสำคัญในการลดภาวะแทรกซ้อน การป้องกันการกลับมาเป็นซ้ำและส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจศึกษาเรื่อง การฝังเข็มกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง : การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการฝังเข็มกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง ทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (systematic review) จากฐานข้อมูลอิเลกทรอนิค PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane และ Embaes ที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2561 – 2565 โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง (Stroke patients) , การฝังเข็มผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง (Acupuncture for stroke patients) , การฝังเข็มร่วมรักษา (control group, comparison group) , การฝังเข็มกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และ มีรูปแบบการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย Randomized controlled trial , Cohort study , Literature review ประเมินคุณภาพของบทความพิจารณาจากอคติในการวัดและการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทความในเบื้องต้นทั้งหมดจำนวน 585 บทความจากนั้นคัดกรองด้วยการอ่าน ชื่อเรื่อง และบทคัดย่อที่เกี่ยวข้องประเด็นที่ต้องการศึกษาและประเมินคุณภาพของบทความคงเหลือทั้งหมดจำนวน 74 บทความ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรคหลอดเลือดสมองกับการฝังเข็มและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ สรุปได้ว่า โรคหลอดเลือดสมองส่งผลให้เกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนและทุพพลภาพเรื้อรัง หากสามารถนำการฝังเข็มมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ
