ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะกับความเต็มใจยอมรับการบริการ บนเที่ยวบินสีเขียวของผู้โดยสารชาวไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะและความเต็มใจยอมรับการบริการบนเที่ยวบินสีเขียวของผู้โดยสารชาวไทย 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะกับความเต็มใจยอมรับการบริการบนเที่ยวบินสีเขียวของผู้โดยสารชาวไทย และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการสร้างการยอมรับการบริการบนเที่ยวบินสีเขียวตามแนวคิดการตลาดแบบ 5A จากการเก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามจากตัวอย่าง 454 คน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นด้วยเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าตนมีพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะที่เหมาะสม (X̅=3.35) มีความเต็มใจอย่างยิ่งที่จะยอมรับการบริการบนเที่ยวบินสีเขียว (X̅=3.45)  และพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมีความสัมพันธ์กับความเต็มใจยอมรับการบริการบนเที่ยวบินสีเขียวในทางบวก (r=0.447, p<.001) สายการบินควรสร้างความเข้าใจ และตระหนักถึงความจำเป็นในการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และกระตุ้นการยอมรับเที่ยวบินสีเขียวผ่านช่องทางการตลาดดิจิทัลตามแนวคิดการตลาดแบบ 5A
