Abstract
The implementation of the Report, in relation to the Non – Government Budget 2018 by
QR Code pass www.arc.npu.ac.th - for personnel who have not graduated, by majoring in
Accounting/Management. Case Study done by - the Academic Resource Center Nakhon Phanom University.
The main objectives of this study were - firstly, to prepare a report in relation to the Non – Government
Budget 2018 by QR Code pass www.arc.npu.ac.th. Secondly, to make personnel in the Academic Resource
Center, aware of the report, in an attempt to gain their understanding of its’ content before the monthly
meeting. Thirdly, to compare the opinions of personnel in the Academic Resource Center, who have not
graduated, by majoring in Accounting/Management. And fourthly, to assess the satisfaction of personnel
using QR Code pass www.arc.npu.ac.th. The samples used were offered by 16 personnel’ from the Academic
Resource Center Nakhon Phanom University. All samples were selected by a questionnaire. The tools used
to collect data - statistics used in data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-
test.
In conclusion: The results of the study for those involved in the study - Report for Month Non –
Government Budget 2018 by QR Code pass www.arc.npu.ac.th for personnel who have not graduated, by
majoring in Accounting/Management. At the moderate level. The hypothesis test found that both gender
understandings of the Report for Month Non – Government Budget 2018 by QR Code pass www.npu.ac.th
did not differ. Factors such as - age, education level, and those who graduated in different disciplines, did
not influence the understandings of the Report for Month Non – Government Budget 2018 by QR Code pass
www.npu.ac.th which were statistically significant, differing at.05 level.
