SUPERVISION ELEMENTS AFFECTING TEACHING PRACTICES OF EXPERIENTIAL STUDENTS’ TEACHER PROFESSION, SANTAPOL COLLEGE UDONTANI PROVINCE

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the components of supervision that affect the teaching practice of students practicing teacher professional experience Santapol College UdonThani Province, a population of 370 people. The sample group used in this rest consisted of 226 people, consisting of 10 lecturers. There were 108 mentors and 108 teaching experience students by using a multistage randomization method. The tool used to collect data was an estimation scale questionnaire the power to discriminate on supervision is between 0.77-0.99, and the confidence level in the whole copy is 0.60, and the power to discriminate on teaching practice of students practicing teaching professional experience is between 0.56-0.97. The confidence value of the whole issue was 0.94. The data was analyzed by using a ready-made computer program. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Correlation, and multiple regression analysis were also conducted.
The findings were as follows:

- Supervision and teaching practice of students practicing teaching professional experience Santapol College Udonthani Province, the positive correlation was high. statistically significant at the .01 level.
- Supervision of teaching practice of students practicing professional teaching experience planning supervision Operational supervision and the aspect of reflection and discussion It has the power to predict the effectiveness of teaching practice and teaching professional experience training. Santapol College UdonThani Province, There were statistically significant at the level of 01 for 2 sides and .05 for 1 side. All 3 sides had predictive power. 56.90% and forecast error .138.
