THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS MODEL, BANGKOK PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research has the objective of studying the development of effective school administrators in the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sampling group consists of 296 school administrators of the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office who have been awarded by the school administration. Research tools include models of effective school administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area Office, it consists of evaluating accuracy, appropriateness, and usefulness. and the feasibility of the 5-level Likert's Scale format. Statistical data analysis is finding the average. and standard deviation. The result of the research found that in the development of an effective school administrator model, the Bangkok primary educational service area office has six configurations. (1) Vision, such as a creative initiation, setting the goal, and a leader of academic matters (2) interpersonal relations, such as work intention and problem solving; (3) participating administration, such as building up the proper environment of mutual learning to work with others. (4) personality, such as emotional control, gestures, and posture adjustment, to be a good model (5) Ethics, such as self-control, people, and work management; and (6) Variation Administration, such as the pursuit of outsourced cooperation. The professional administration is focused on change, technology and information usage, internal and external communication within the organization, and teamwork.
