บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจการจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ทางการกีฬา ผู้วิจัยได้ทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและได้ออกแบบเครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากธุรกิจการจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ทางการกีฬาของประเทศไทย ที่จดทะเบียนกับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า พ.ศ. 2566 โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 215 แห่ง โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสุ่มแบบง่าย และวิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยวิธีการทดสอบการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานกับประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจการจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ทางการกีฬา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาผลการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (r) มีค่าเท่ากับร้อยละ 49.1 และมีค่า Adjusted R Square เท่ากับร้อยละ 33.1 และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายตัวแปร พบว่า การจัดหาวัตถุดิบมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินธุรกิจการจัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ทางการกีฬามากที่สุด (β = .21, p < .05) ตามด้วยด้านการขนส่ง (β = .21, p < .05) ด้านการจัดเก็บ (β = .20, p < .05) ด้านการบูรณาการ (β = .19, p < .05) และด้านการผลิต (β = .197, p < .05) โดยมี ตามลำดับอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
