DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOMIZED ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PACKAGES OF SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN MUKDAHAN SPECIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the selection of accounting software packages of new small businesses registered as a juristic person in Mukdahan Special Economic Development Zone. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data from 116 entities companies, and the questionnaire after the amendment to test the confidence (Reliability) using the Alpha coefficient method The confidence was at 0.944. The data were using analyzed factor analysis. Analysis of Variance, F-test, was used with the confidence interval of 95% (α = .05). Multiple Comparison Test Methods Least – significant Difference (LSD) would be used if the F-test revealed a statistically significant finding.
The results shows most companies focus on factors that additional qualification. Next is the cost factor involved in procurement. Program performance characteristics Program and manufacturer reliability factors Ability factor System security factor and the factors of support and after-sales service respectively, which, if classified by organizational factors, found that business type And annual income are different There are different factors in determining the use of accounting software packages.
