DEVELOPMENT OF A SYSTEM FOR PRINTING WITHHOLDING TAX CERTIFICATES FOR THE SUPHANBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the requirements for the Online Withholding Tax Certificate Printing System of the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) develop the Online Withholding Tax Certificate Printing System for the office; and 3) examine the level of user satisfaction towards the developed system. The sample group consisted of 165 contract employees under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instruments consisted of a withholding tax certificate issuance system, a user needs questionnaire, and a user satisfaction questionnaire regarding the system. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation
The major findings revealed that 1) The overall level of requirements for the development of the Online Withholding Tax Certificate Printing System was at the highest level.; 2) The consistency of the Online Withholding Tax Certificate Printing System with the needs of the contract employees under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was overall at the highest level; and 3) The overall level of user satisfaction towards the Online Withholding Tax Certificate Printing System was at the highest level.
