Study of Academic Administration and Guidelines for the Development of Mathematics Learning Achievement in National Test (Nt) among Pathomsuksa 3 Students in Schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the academic administration and guidelines for the development of mathematics learning achievement in National Test (NT) among Pathomsuksa 3 students in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The method of the study was divided into two steps. The first step was to study of the academic administration for the development of mathematics learning achievement in National Test (NT) among Pathomsuksa 3 students in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample included 181 administrators and teachers of Pathomsuksa 3 in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 89 administrators and 92 teachers who were selected through proportional stratified sampling based on districts in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The questionnaire was validated by 3 experts. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation (SD). The second step was to study the guidelines of the academic administration of the development of mathematics learning achievement in National Test (NT). The 5 experts were interviewsed. The data were analyzed by content analysis.

The results indicate that : 1. The overall academic administration and guidelines for the development of mathematics learning achievement in National Test (NT) among Pathomsuksa 3 students in schools under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were at high level. When the individual aspect was considered, the aspect with the highest mean was learning management and development, while the aspect with the lowest mean was academic supervision. 2. The guidelines for the academic administration and guidelines for the development of mathematics learning achievement in National Test (NT) were that administrators and teachers should jointly use the results of the learner quality assessment in mathematics to develop the quality of learners for achievement. Assessment of the quality of mathematics learners (NT) was analyzed, giving teachers the opportunity to set goals for developing the quality of mathematics along with continuously developing the curriculum of educational institutions together by administrators to promote support teachers in using learning processes, media, and a variety of technologies including classroom research and supervision to use supervision results to develop and improve learning management methods to develop learners to have the achievement of learner quality assessment in mathematics.
