Innovative Digital Learning Management with the basis of Happiness Learning in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat Demonstration School

The COVID-19 pandemic compelled an urgent shift in the education system toward digital learning. This research focuses on developing digital learning management innovations based on the concept of learning happiness to promote lifelong learning at the secondary education level. The objectives are: (1) to develop indicators and evaluation criteria for learning happiness in a digital learning context, (2) to create digital learning strategies grounded in learning happiness, and (3) to develop information technology tools that enhance students' digital learning happiness. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, conducted in three phases: knowledge exploration, innovation development, and innovation quality assessment. A mixed methods approach was used, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and student satisfaction surveys related to the use of digital learning technologies. The findings revealed key factors promoting learning happiness in digital contexts, such as the appropriate use of technologies like Google Classroom, GoodNotes, iPads, and reliable internet access. The developed indicators for learning happiness encompass six dimensions: learners, teachers, peers, learning environment, family, and school. Students reported a high level of satisfaction with the use of digital technologies in online learning. The developed digital learning innovation shows strong potential to support lifelong learning and can be applied across various subjects to build future-ready skills in a sustainable manner.
