Relationship between School – Based Management and Effectiveness of Human Resources of School in Sisaket Municipal, Sisaket Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) to study level School – based Management of School 2) to study level Effectiveness of Human Resources of School and 3) to study Relationship between School – based Management and Effectiveness of Human Resources of School.The sample used in the study were 152, administrators, teachers and president of education committee. Data collection was done through questionnaires, analyzing the data with instant programs by using the analysis of Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows :
1) The school operates a school-based administration overall could be arranged from supportive leadership, decentralization of the administration, checking of preparedness, whole of development, participation of administration and self-administration respectively.
2) Effective Personnel Management overall could be arranged from discipline and keeping discipline, retirement, promotion, appointment, salary adjustment, allocation and selector and specific position.
3) School – based Management were found to correlate positively and significantly different on the statistics at the .01 level with Effectiveness of Human Resources of School in Sisaket Municipal, Sisaket Province.
