Citizen’s Participation in Public Affair’s Administration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province.

Abstract

            The purposes of this study are 1) to study the level of citizen’s participation in Public Administration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province 2) to compare people opinions on citizen’s participation in Public Administration of  Nongpai  Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province ; and 3) to study Suggestion on citizen’s participation in PublicAdministration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative   Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province.

            Research tools used in this study are 376 questionnaires for citizen which is randomly. The method is adopted from Taro Yamane which analyzing data by computer program. Statistic used for data analyzing are mean, standard deviation, T-test, and F-Test.

            The research findings were as follows

1. Respondents most of the female age between the aged 56 years old and above. Most of them have a primary school education and agricultural occupation The Participation in Public Administration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province were at method level,


2. People with sex, age, education and occupation has level of citizen’s participation on Public Administration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province has no differed except


3. Suggestion on citizen’s participation in Public Administration of Nongpai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Muang District, Sisaket province Decision making were of the opinion that. The public should be encouraged to participate, as people are aware of the problems and needs of the area. The action plan should be implemented by the community To acknowledge the problem and set a common solution Operation. Participation in community problem solving for the development of public administration of Tambon administrative organization To make people participate more in the operation Benefits The samples were of the opinion that People benefit from full development such as roads, electricity, water supply and other rights. However, people should be encouraged to access more rights such as disabled elderly people Evaluation The samples were of the opinion that Want to be involved in monitoring the results of work to be clear and transparent in the workplace.
