The Development of School Supervision Model for Secondary – Schools Under The Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 18 Chonburi Province

Abstract

The state of problem of education management, the problem of education quality assessment, and the importance of academic work, causes the researcher to be interested in creating a model for educational supervision within the school to improve the education quality. In addition, the supervision has played an importance part to develop teachers to be able to take action and manage the activity towards its goal of the course accordingly and efficiently. However as for present state, there are many restrictions that render the action of supervision within the school, due to very few educational supervisor and within many schools there are few personnel that supervise, have the knowledge, abilities, in the manage of learning. To have an educational supervision system within the school helps the schools to manage oneself continuously and always. This research has the objectives of creating the model of educational supervision within the school, within the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 18, Chonburi Province. The researcher studies the state of problems by using questionnaire to bring up the problems to create the model of educational supervision within the school, and being managed and examined by 7 experts and draft a model, Guide book of educational supervision within the school in developing education media, innovation, and technology (Janda Model: CBAPAD) which has 6 modules: 1) Coaching: to advise and train, 2) Budget: to support in monetary, 3) Action: to take action, 4) Presentation: works presentation, 5) Assessment: works evaluation, 6) Dissemination: to distribute the works, and evaluate the usage result of the model by tryout at 1 school. The research result shows that the educational administrator and teachers have conform opinions and in the same direction in accomplishment in using with the highest level.
