Guidelines for Development Management Skills of School Administrators Under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract
This research aimed to study the present condition and the expected of management skills of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 and find the way in Guidelines for Development management skills of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample chosen by multi-stage sampling included 340 teachers under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The interview was conducted with 5 school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. Each interviewee with high level assessment certified by the Office of Nation Education Standard and Quality Assessment (Public Organization). The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire about the Management Skills of school administrators Which has the credibility of the questionnaire. 824 and the accuracy of Item Objective Congruence index form is 1.0 The statistics for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a content analysis for an interview. The results showed that the present condition and the expected of management skills of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at a high level. the way in developing of management skills of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. involved firstly the area of Technical skills, The Administrators should improve themselves to increase management skills and use new management techniques or strategies to use as operational tools for solving problems. In the area of Human skills, the Administrators should assess themselves in terms of thoughts and emotions. To create a good working atmosphere. In the area of Conceptual skills, The Administrators should have a plan to solve problems step by step, which will affect the organization to a minimum. In the area of educational and instructional skills, The Administrators must be leaders in the development of the school curriculum. And participate in the promotion of personnel development and participation in school curriculum development.
