Abstract

This survey research aimed to examine and compare academic administration of school administrators under Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolis. The study sample consisted of 132 teachers who worked in schools, under Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolis in academic year 2019, were categorized according to level of education and work experience. The instrument was a 40-item, 5-scale rating questionnaire querying about opinion about administration of school administrators. The questionnaire’s reliability was 0.978. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance.


  1. The teachers’ opinion about academic administration of school administrators under Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolis in overall was at the highest level. Considering each dimension of the opinion, the school curriculum management and the learning management were at the highest level, the measurement and assessment, and the academic supervision in schools were at the high level.

  2. When comparing teachers’ opinion about academic administration of school administrators under Bangkok Noi District, Bangkok Metropolis, it was found that:

             2.1 There was no difference of opinion about academic administration of school administrators among teachers with different educational level, both in each dimension and the overall opinion.


            2.2 Generally, opinion about academic administration of school administrators among teachers from different experience was found to be no difference, both in each dimension and the overall opinion. Only the opinion about the school curriculum management was different at a significant level of 0.05.
