Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role in promoting student morality of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11. The 114 population consisted of administrators and deputy educational institution administrators or those assigned by the school administrators to perform their duties and classified by position, age, work experience and experience in morality training. The research tool was questionnaires and analyzed by using the alpha coefficient.Which obtained the reliability of 0.948. The statistics for data analysis employed by percentage, means (μ), standard deviation (σ).


              The results found that;


  1. The role in promoting student morality of school administrators under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 were at high levels.

            2. The role in promoting the moral of the students by school administrators classified by the performance of duties in the position found that the school administrators have the mostroles. When classified by age found that school administrators aged between 51-60 years have the most roles in promoting student morality. When classified by overall work experience, it was found that school administrators with 15 years of work experience had the most roles in promoting student morality. And when classified by experience in training to promote morality found that the school administrators who have experience in moral promotion training 3 times / academic year have the most roles.
