Model of Educational Leadership for a New Era

Abstract
Leadership is very important to the development and management of an organization because it drives the organization's mission to success. The journal's purposes were to portray educational leadership in a new era, as well as the talents that leadership will need to be more adept at in order to increase efficiency in a situation surrounded by uncertainty, volatility, and constant change, which include: 1) Transformational leadership 2) Technology Leadership 3) Innovation Leadership and 4) Agile Leadership. If educational leadership are able to learn and develop the four abilities, they will be a powerful force in achieving the organization's educational goals. And if the concept of leadership can be combined with the concept of educational administration in order to blend in properly with the situation. It will lead to efficient school principals. Set objectives which are in accordance with the guidance of change.
