The Development of Professional Learning Community Supervision Guideline for Teachers Under the Jurisdiction of Secondary Education Service Area 27

Abstract
The research is intended to 1) study the elements and indicators of professional learning community supervision guideline for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27, 2) study the present condition, preferred conditions of professional learning community supervision for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27, 3) develop a professional learning community supervision guideline for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27, The operations consisted of three stages. Phase 1 Study of elements and indicators of supervision, analysis, synthesis and composition metrics for supervision from related documents and research. Verification received from Five experts. Phase 2 Study of the current condition and desirable conditions of professional learning community supervision for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27. Sample was included school administrators 15 people and teachers 324 that obtain from Stratified Random Sampling by questionnaires with 5 degree of scale. Phase 3 was to develop a professional learning community supervision guideline for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27. Verification was confirmed by five experts. The researcher has been used percentage mean standard deviation and PNI (Modified) for statistics.
The research found that :
- The elements and indicators of professional learning community supervision
consisted of four main areas : 1) planning 2) classroom observation 3) classroom observation analysis 4) feedback.
2.The present condition of professional learning community supervision guideline for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27 in overall was at a high level. The preferred conditions was at a highest level in overall.
- The experts evaluate that The professional learning community supervision guideline for teachers under the jurisdiction of secondary education service area 27 was appropriately and possibility at the highest level.
