Factors related to the success of the operation of student support system in schools Under the Secondary Education Service Area 11.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the factors related to the success of the operation of student support system in schools under the secondary education service area 11. 2) study the level of the operation of student support system, and 3) study the relationship between the success factors and the performance of the operation of student support system. The sample group consisted of 198 important informants including school director, classroom teacher and guidance teacher and selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires. Analyzed by using the alpha coefficient, which obtained the reliability of 0.877. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research results shown that;
- The factors related to the success of the operation of student support system are homeroom teachers, guidance teachers and school directors consequence.
- In overall, the levels of the operation of student support system are in the moderate level.
- The relationship between the success factors and the performance of the operation of student support system have positive relationship with statistically significant at the .01 levels.
