Abstract

A study of Personality based on the concept of Myers Briggs of 1st year student faculty of education of The Rajabhat Universities of Upper North-eastern Region of Thailand. Purposes of the study of Personality based on the concept of Myers Briggs of 1st year student faculty of education of The Rajabhat Universities of Upper North-eastern Region of Thailand. The sample group of the study was 1st year students of Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Universities of Upper North-eastern Region of Thailand., the total of 602 students. Research Instruments for data collection consisted of The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The data analysis and statistics used for data analysis are as follows: Personality Analysis of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) as a whole. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, respectively.The results of this study suggest that the Meyer Brigde (MBTI) personality trait of the first year students of the Faculty of Education, Northeastern Rajabhat University. The following are the most common (ISTJstudents who are serious, calm, meditators, and pondered for answers. Focus on practicality, based on facts and sequencing. The core of truth and dependability.) Next The most common practice (SP) found was that (ISFP students were shy. Have a friendly, quiet, sensitive, modest, not fast or stressful.)Next, the educator (NT) found that most of them (ENTJ students are warm, cordial, sincere, well-educated, highly capable leaders in the field of activities. Use mindfulness and reason to be a world-class person and like to learn the lesson.Lastly, the searcher (NF) found that most (INFP students are full of faith and loyalty. Pay attention to learning. Ideas and Language Social skills are adaptable,flexible, friendly.
