Abstract

The study for Business Administration Program in Marketing improvement approach to accommodate AEC aims for 1) To assess the business administration program in marketing, the faculty of management 2012 (revised version) 2) To study for an expectancy of the faculty of management on marketing graduates’ users at the Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. 3) To find an approach for developments and improvements on the business administration program in marketing, the faculty of management, the Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University by applying quantitative research approaches on objectives 1,2 , and qualitative approach on objective 3. Population subjects are graduates’ users (entrepreneurs, employers), 2nd and 3 rd year undergraduate students, related personnel (lecturers in the marketing division). Toro Yamame principle was used to choose the sample group.The result showed; The first objective: To assess the business administration program in marketing, the faculty of management 2012 (revised version), according to opinions given by related personnel. Assessment result shown an average opinion score given by related personnel on high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.16) On import factors, an overall average high score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.13) On the process, an overall average maximum score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.22) On the pruducts, an overall average maximum score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.25) The second objective: To study for an expectancy of the faculty of management on marketing graduates’ users at the Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. Assessment result shown an expectancy of related personnel as follows On ethics, an overall average maximum expectancy score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.38) On human relation and responsibility, an overall average maximum  expectancy score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.39) On numerical analysis, communication, and information technology skills, an overall average high expectancy score was shown (gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.06) The third objective: To find an approach for developments and improvements on the business administration program in marketing, the faculty of management, the Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University The study result shown the strong aspect of the business administration program in marketing, the faculty of management as perceived by related personnel as follows; This program is appropriate, top quality, and produced graduates fit to the context. It used small import factors but gained the best product. The program is correspond with student needs, and could efficiently integrate knowledge to practical works. The important element is the program encourages its students to proceed as administrators, thinkers, academics suitable for local region and the country as expected from the users. The characters of marketing graduates to support AEC are centered on ethics, followed by honesty, discipline, responsibility, well-behavior, kindness, punctuality, and harmony, for example. Therefore, education activities should incorporated with student operated projects, being assessed after project ended, that would make them practice their skills in every aspect to be able to solve the problems at hands. The lecturers in marketing division have suggestions on the development of the program from the meeting results on 22 January 2015 at the marketing division board meeting room that the students should be more developed through actual practices, and this should be integrated within various courses of the marketing division as seen fit for each courses, and there should be cooperation between education sector, government sector, and private sector to make student partake in activities that could give an inspiration, realization, and learning in an actual situations using holidays, and in-class activities. However, the characters of the division’s education should be conveyed to their parents through invitations to participate in the class to get the whole picture. This could be yet another approach to make awareness on teaching activities by joint activities among three parties, including education institute, students, and their parents, by which corresponding to the 21st century graduate’s characters.
