The Development Management Model Toward Excellence of Small-Size Schools under Kamphaengphet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop management model toward excellence of small-sized schools under Kamphaeng Phet primary educational service area office 1. The research comprised 3 phases as follows: 1) to study the state and problem of management model toward excellence of small-sized schools; 2) to develop and validate the management model toward excellence of small-sized schools; 3) to evaluate the management model toward excellence of small-sized schools and 4) to conduct a manual, proposed policy, and practical policy of the using of management model toward excellence of small-sized schools. The research findings revealed that even though the first phase, the state and problem of academic administration, budgeting administration, personnel administration and general administration performed and obeyed the rules and administrative regulations strictly, there were ambiguous in some aspects. The second phase showed that the key components of the development management model toward excellence of small-sized schools consisted of 7 components. The finding of the third phase showed that the evaluation levels of management model toward excellence of small-sized schools were found at the highest levels. The result of the last phase in this research revealed that the appropriateness of the manual, proposed policy, and practical policy of using the management model toward excellence of small-sized schools was validated at the highest level of applicability.
