Model to Enhancement the Performance of University Employers (Support Line) in Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand

Abstract

This research aims : 1) to study the Performance of University employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand; 2) to study the problems and demand for working competency of the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand; 3) to develop a working competency model of the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand; and 4) to develop the manuals and policy recommendations and action on the working competency of the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand. The sample in this research includes executives, government officers, and the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, and the research instruments used assessment are interview guidelines and questionnaires. Statistical Package was used to analyze the mean, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: 1. The working competency of the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand was at high levels, including secondary achievement motivation, expertise, and teamwork. In the interview results, the most consistent aspects are knowledge and skill development in work, integrity, and strengthening the core values ​​and core competencies of the university. 2. The problems and Needs of the employers in the Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities were high. The most common problems were service mind set, secondary, integrity and teamwork. Assessment in suitability possibility and usefulness were at higher levels. 4. The preparation manual policy and action recommendations in the working competency model of the employers in Lower Northern Rajabhat Universities, Thailand were highly suitable with working manual.
