A competency development model of school administrators for Thailand 4.0

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study performance factors for school’s administrators in Thailand 4.0 2) Create Performance Model for School Administrators in Thailand 4.0 3) Assessment of performance model of school administrators in Thailand 4.0 There are 3 stages of research. 1) The study of the components of the performance of school administrators in Thailand 4.0. Providers are experts and luminaries. Selecting a specific sample for 9 persons. School director Teachers and chairmen of basic education institutions a total of 1,137 people were randomly sampled. 2) Creating a Performance Model for School Administrators in Thailand 4.0. Providers are experts and luminaries for 9 expert seminars. 3) Assessment of Performance Model of School Administrators in Thailand 4.0 Providers are experts and luminaries by choosing 5 specific types. The instruments used for data collection were 1) interview form semi-structured 2) The questionnaire was administered to the school administrators in Thailand 4.0, there are 86 levels of estimation. 3) Evaluation form appropriateness of performance patterns of school administrators in Thailand 4.0. Analyze data by average, standard deviation, content analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis. The research found that performance factors for school administrators in Thailand 4.0, there are 6 elements. Element 1 Strategic management competency, element 2 knowledge capacity, element 3 personality traits, element 4 team building capacity, element 5 change management capability, elements 6 performance management. A model of competency for school administrators in Thailand 4.0 consists of three components : Lead ,content section and the adoption. The evaluation of Performance model of school administrators in Thailand 4.0. The pattern was most accurate. It is very appropriate. There is a great possibility and the benefits are at the highest level.
