Abstract

In the rapidly changing and constantly challenging world, technology has become an important determinant in our daily lives. The relentless advancement of information technology, It is has led people to learn and adapt to the paradigms of change and get them ready for a rapid changing in Transformative Learning. Blended Learning is therefore an important tool for enhancing  face-to-face learning and online learning, which is a feature of each feature, Integrated teaching styles by using a variety of technology on the web to blend with traditional learning in the classroom. The results of the study found that Blended Learning greatly allow to develop English learning skills, which Including promoting online communication skills, independent learning skills. In addition, it may has to change individual learning and encourage motivation in English learning. It poses challenges for teachers in various areas, such as the integration of teaching methods, media, communication effectiveness, equality of infrastructures, Learning management design and lack of  technology skills. Moreover, The challenge for learners is to change learning Process, more autonomous learning, motivate learners to learn more and allocate time to access various online lessons.
