Learning Management Guideline using by Contemplative Education to Enhance Teachers Spirituality of Pre-Service Teachers

Abstract

This research aimed to study Learning Management Guideline using by Contemplative Educationto Enhance Teachers Spirituality of Pre-Service Teachers. There were three phases of the study. First, The researcher analyzed the related documents : researches and 5 Specialist. Research instruments were component synthesis form and suitability assessment form. Second, The fieldwork was applied for authentic study : 2 Academy study are Comtemplative Education Center of Mahidol University and Lamplaimat Pattana School. Research instruments were Activities observation form, Activities interview form, Relations analysis form and Suitability assessment form. Three, The Development Learning Management Guideline using by Contemplative Educationto Enhance Teachers Spirituality of Pre-Service Teachers. Research instruments were Learning management analysis form and Suitability assessment form.    The results showed that : The components of Teachers Spirituality of Pre-Service Teachers have 4 components; (1) Teacher responsibility, (2) Charity, (3) Treat students equality and (4) Faith in mankind’s competency. The Learning Management Guideline using by Contemplative Educationto Enhance Teachers Spirituality of Pre-Service Teachers have 4 guidelines; (1) Inspiration, (2) Positive Psychology, (3) Contemplative Activities and (4) Create a community way. The Contemplative Activities have 6 Activities; (1) Consciousness activities, (2) Movement activity, (2) Creative activities, (3) Story telling activity, (4) Dialogue activities, (5) Dialogue activities and (6) Providing positive information
