The Management Efficiency of Personnel Administration of Schools Under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research’s purpose was to study: 1) the management efficiency of personnel administration of schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. and           2) compare the management efficiency of personnel administration of schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample of this study were 316 administrators and teachers of schools under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instruments were 5 rating scale questionnaires. An analysis has been completed by a statistic analyzing program to obtain various descriptive statistics such as Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and test the hypothesis by finding t-test and F-test. These finding’s indicate that: 1) the management efficiency of personnel administration of schools under Sakaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was rated at a high level, when considered in each aspects, it found out that the aspect with the highest average was the promotion of working to their full potential, followed by the morale building. And the side with the lowest mean was fairness; and 2) the comparison of personnel management efficiency of educational institutions under the Sa Kaeo Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in Overall are not differences in opinions as a whole, and each aspect.
