Development of Learning Achievement in Psychology of Life and Self-development through Group Dynamics

Abstract

This research objectives of this research to 1) comparison of learning achievement in achievement in psychology of life and self-development before and after learning by group dynamics,  2) gain scores in psychology of life and self-development subject and 3) study the students' satisfaction toward instructional activities by group dynamics. The sample group was the first year students of buriram rajabhat university who enrolled in the course of psychology of life and self-development in 2st semester of 2020 year academic, 45 students by cluster random sampling. The research instruments used in the study were instructional activity plans on group dynamics of 12 lesson plans time of 12 weeks, 2 hours per week, a total of 24 hours, the achievement test and the satisfaction. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test dependent.  The results of the research showed that; 1) learning achievement in psychology of life and self-development of students buriram rajabhat university by group dynamics was higher than before at the significant level of .05 2) gain scores of students with instructional activities by group dynamics of them were in high development scores. (46.67%) and 3) the student’s satisfaction toward instructional activities on group dynamics are in a high level.
