Development of a Curriculum for Enhancing New Normal Life Skills in the Situation of COVID-19 of Secondary School Students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to research and develop a curriculum to enhance life skills in the situation of COVID-19 among secondary school students in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. There were four stages of research methodology: Phase 1, the study of background information, Phase 2, Curriculum quality and testing, Phase 3, Curriculum Experimentation, and Phase 4: Evaluation. The group of key informants consisted of 15 school directors and teachers, and the sample group consisted of 30 students in the second semester of Academic Year 2020 under the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary Education Service Area Office. Specific random the research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation. Independent t-test and content analysis. The results of the study were as follows 1) the students had a high level of needed for enhancing real-life skills. The mean was 3.74 and the expected condition was high. The mean score was 4.38 2) The students received 4 modules of new life skills building courses in the situation of COVID-19, while the results of the curriculum quality examination were at the most appropriate level. 3) The students knew lifestyle skills. New after school, higher than before were statistically significant at the .05 level and had practical skills. At a good level and 4) Students have a very good level of awareness of preparing to deal with the COVID-19 situation.
