Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the achievement pre and post between cooperative group by STAD technique and normal method. 2) to study the abilities to calculate pre and post between cooperative group by STAD technique, and normal method. 3) to compare the achievement of calculation abilities received between cooperative group by STAD and normal method. The sample was grade 7th, was acquired by Cluster Random Sampling by classroom. research instruments were 1) learning management outline. 2) Learning assessment test 3) Statistics calculation abilities test for data analysis were included mean, standard deviation t-test independent test statistics. The results of the research revealed that 1) Academic achievement. It was found that the students post - cooperative learning in STAD technique had higher than pre - learning and the normal method with statistical significance at the level of .05 2) The abilities to calculate of that students post - learning management on cooperation of the STAD technique was higher than the normal method with statistical significance at the level of .05 3) The sample group had learning achievement in mathematics subject on lesson of Integer the ability to calculate post - studying is significantly higher than the control group at the .05 level.
