Strategies of network management for vocational skills development of schools in Secondary Education Service Area Office 10

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study 1. the network management strategies for developing professional skills of the students under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 10, 2. The result of vocational skills development of the students under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10. The findings are 1) the network management strategies to develop students' professional skills consist of 4 strategies, namely planning strategies, network strategy, participation strategy and integration strategies, 2) results of vocational skills development of students show that the basic skills consist of 5 skills, namely flexibility, adaptation, responsibility, the potential to create quality work, and the considerations of work ethics 3) the result of vocational skills development of students in educational institutions that provide joint study in vocational and upper secondary education (Bis Education) under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10 analysed by the student's professional skills assessment shows that the occupation skills are at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.42).
